La Tour d’Argent
For more than four centuries, the House has cultivated a distinctive art de vivre, where heritage and innovation exist in perfect harmony. Under the direction of Chef Yannick Franques, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the cuisine honours the great classics of the French repertoire while embracing contemporary creativity. This culinary vision is complemented by an exceptional wine cellar, renowned among the finest in the world, and by a level of service that remains the hallmark of the House.
Today, André Terrail continues the stewardship of this remarkable institution, guided by a singular ambition: to preserve the spirit of La Tour d’Argent while ensuring its continued relevance for generations to come.
In 2023, following an extensive and transformative restoration, the House entered a new chapter in its history. The Bar des Maillets d’Argent, the Appartement d’Augusta and the Toit de la Tour were unveiled, enriching the La Tour d’Argent experience with new spaces dedicated to celebration, discovery and emotion, while remaining true to the values that have defined the House for centuries.
Ever evolving yet deeply rooted in its heritage, La Tour d’Argent looks to the future with the same vision that has guided it for more than four hundred years: a relentless pursuit of excellence and a desire to create unforgettable moments for every guest who walks through its doors.
La Tour d’Argent became a Comité Colbert member in 2026.
